You would think, or hope, that the title above was referring to three different events. Sadly, no. Yes my friends, there are folks out there having ‘Return of the King’ watch parties for Barack’s Inauguration. See below for details.
We have continually seen examples of the mainstream media placing Barack Obama on a pedestal, or in some cases, a throne. Recently, we saw Newsweek refer to his second term as the “Second Coming” with this online only cover.
Todd Starnes of Fox News brought this poster to our attention yesterday:
(FoxNews) Street vendors and souvenir stores across Washington, D.C. are selling posters depicting President Obama as Jesus Christ — and one national news publication called him the “Second Coming.”
I wonder if this pastor also mentioned the “second coming” of Barack Hussein Obama when he referred to Republicans as the “enemies.”
So we have the “Second Coming”, “Prophecy Fulfilled”, and now we have “Return of the King.” Ironically enough, when I googled it, I only found this poster on the Viral Read blog (which I recommend you follow). As Ali Akbar indicates, CNN covers the Inauguration “breathlessly”, with admiration of their media star. As I was watching this morning, I also got a real time glimpse of this poster, and wanted to provide a few more pictures so you could see the whole thing.
I rewound so I could get good screen shots. This is the joyous poster behind Anderson Cooper, on CNN.
And here my friends, we see this poster in it’s full glory. “Return of the King” at the top, and my favorite part, at the bottom, “Rebirth of the Cool”. Doesn’t it just give you the vapors???
As I Googled, I was also shocked to find on Obama’s own website, a link for a “Return of the King” watch party. Yes, you read correctly. In case this gets scrubbed, which has been known to happen frequently with this Administration, no worries, I got a screenshot of this too.
So the mainstream media and liberals can continue to hammer people like Sean Hannity for referring to BHO as ‘the anointed one’, yet posters like we see above continue to get highlighted via main stream media channels. This is why citizen journalism is critical. This is #WAR, and we must hold the MSM accountable. My friends, we have seen time and time again the bias of the media and their love affair with this President. While I will always respect the office, because I truly love my Country, I will not be a party to this blatant hypocrisy and idol worship.
