This whole lawsuit scenario has me perplexed, and a little heartbroken. In the interest of full disclosure, I adore, respect, and admire Dana Loesch. For me, she is a true conservative icon, following in the footsteps of Andrew Breitbart. That my friends, is what sucks the most about this whole thing. I think he would be positively distraught at these recent developments. Stacy McCain pegged it, Andrew would have never let this happen.
Generally speaking, when a routine personnel matter at a political news organization turns into a federal lawsuit that zooms to the top of Memeorandum, we might suspect that editorial management practices are not optimal, to say the very least.
