Watchdog Wire To Launch Maryland Site

wdwbanner

I am every excited to share some news with you all. After the MDCAN conference, I made this post calling all my fellow Maryland activists to visit Watchdog Wire and sign up to be a contributor. I knew a Maryland site was in the works and wanted to help recruit for it.

Well, the Maryland site is now not just in the the works but it will be launched on Monday, February 18th.  I am also very pleased to share that I will be a Managing Contributor and I will be cross posting between here and the new site.

I will be working under the tutelage of Mark Newgent, the State Editor, who is also a friend and someone I have a huge amount of respect for. I look forward to learning from one of the best. A few of my fellow Maryland bloggers have also joined the team. My friend Michael Swartz of Monoblogue shared his news yesterday. We will also be joined by our friends J. Doug Gill and Matthew Newman. I hope there will be many more to add to the list.

Many of you that are in my ‘conservative network’ have your finger firmly on the pulse of your community, your county and our state. Who better than you to speak out and hold your elected officials accountable? Keep in mind you don’t have to already be a ‘blogger’ to be a contributor. Many of you are already using your voice by contacting elected officials, joining in a rally’s, or speaking at local meetings. This is another avenue for you to further promote accountability. Sign up today!
